Same Resort - 2 Different Ressies

I am staying 8 nights at the Poly in October. I booked my first 4 nights through Disney and the last 4 nights through Travelocity. Can I call the Poly to link my reservations so I dont have to switch rooms or is something I need to handle at check-in. Same class of room.

I would call. If they have a room available for your full stay they will try to accomadate you.

My guess is that you will have to do that at check in. Since Travelocity "owns" your reservation until you check in, Disney will not discuss anything with you concerning that reservation. If you have the Disney confirmation number for the Travelocity reservation, you can try calling to see if they will link the two together, but be prepared to be told no. When using a TA (which Travelocity is), the TA has to call and make requests, changes, etc. Also, you would have to call the CRO number as calling the number associated with the Poly will get you a call center and not the actual resort.
