same day arrival by air booked with Disney

I am part of a group of 11 cabins and we are all booked with air from Disney Cruise Line....WE are arriving the same day of sailing all from the same airport.... Has anyone ever had a problem of airline delays and not being able to leave on the ship for the first day...? Am I just getting paranoid...or do I have reason to worry? I know alot of people arrive the night before...but this is not an option now because the air is so high from our area due to the NJ teachers convention week.

If you booked air thru DCL, THEY are responsible for getting you to the ship on time. They have even been known to hold the ship's departure while waiting for a late flight to arrive.
