Salt and butter at Remys

does anyone know the name of the table salt and the butter they use at Remys? Both were the best I've ever had and I need to buy it somewhere.

I would guess the butter is plus gras. At least that is a high end brand you can find in stores.

The butter reportedly is from Vermont and the salt, sea salt from France.
