Hope this hasn't been discussed already.....
In this weeks podcast Kevin talked about Chilean Salmon.....I didn't know that most of the Salmon we eat in America comes from Chile until recently when I read The Wal-Mart Effect.
It's a very interesting part of the book.
Basically Salmon has become very cheap because it's grown on farms and Chile is one of the largest producers in the world.
So anyway Kevin, you were eating the same Salmon that ends up in Wal-Mart, I'm sure that adds to the "value" of the meal, of course it also ends up in most of the fancy restaurants as well.
