I used to take my kids to that spot to see the seals when they were young.

The last few times out there, we've gone to the Plum Island side of the river. Lots of cool photo opportunities in the reserve over there and parking was even cheaper than the reservation.

I have NEVER seen Salisbury Beach so beautiful!!

Neat! Growing up we used to jump in the car at night during the summer and head up to Salisbury to ride the go carts.

amazing what 35 miles will do for you, here in Lowell its been gray cold and overcast the entire day

We go to Plum Island, also, tho not to the bird sanctuary end because we always take the dog-we can't leave home without her
Salisbury Beach is nice- they have a nice playground, bathhouses, a campground, boat launch into the river, this time of year you can usually see the seals in the river. We don't go in the summer, tho. Spring and fall to let Hershey run. When I need my beach fix in the summer we head to Hampton

Yes, we like Salisbury reservation off season too. Our dog passed away last winter but we used to take him there to run on the beach. We like to fish on the river side..
