If you have pool view or standard view...I always request Giraffe trail, since it's an easier shot to the bus stop. You'll have to walk a little bit to go see the animals in one of the more public viewing areas...but not at all far.

If you had savannah view...my usual request for Jambo has been:

Zebra trail, Arusha savannah view, close to the elevators.

Assuming you get it, it gets you the best (IMHO) savannah view at Jambo and puts you close to the elevators down to the pool.

Thank You, do you think it would be worth the extra money for a pool view to ensure Im close to the pool? I was debating this anyway, and after seeing the map I wouldnt want to end up on the opposite end of the resort.

Assuming you want Lake view...you should be fine in May at 7 months. Magic Kingdom view or standard view....probably not.

On side note, has anyone been to the Design a Tee in DTD? It had been a while for me at the WDW and I just found it while looking on the site. I was wondering if anyone had been there and thought it was worth it or not.

I like DaT. We've gotten tees there twice. I will say it seems like they're switching some of the lettering over to that iron-on-transfer type lettering. The first tee I got was all ink-based I think and it didn't lift, the one I got last December, some of the lettering is starting to bubble. Ask first how they transfer the picture and letters.

I would not be too sure about this. We wanted Lake View last year and all they had was Magic Kingdom view at 7 months out. So I booked Magic Kingdom View and waitlisted for Lake view. Fortunately the waitlist came through really quickly.

IMO Absolutely! I love the location of the pool view rooms. Besides the pool, the rooms are also very convenient to the restaurants and buses!

Either one would be good! I'd rather have the MK view, I've budgeted the points, but I would take Lake too!
