Sailor Mickey will take part in his first-ever Macys Thanksgiving Day Parade this year, flying high above the New York City streets and representing Disney Cruise Line. This is the first time that Disney Cruise Line has participated in the parade, which is in its 83rd year.
When inflated, the Sailor Mickey balloon will stand six stories tall. He is expected to sail the city streets as part of this parade for the next two years, and as part of the agreement with Disney Cruise Line, Sailor Mickey will also serve as this years Macys official holiday ambassador, with a collectible talking plush now available at Macys stores.
