Safe Hawaii Vaccine Verification for kids

Coming to Hawaii in March. I have uploaded all my kids vaccine cards into my safe Hawaii account, but it still says they are not exempt from quarantine. Is there a time delay where the vaccine cards get verified? Mine says I am exempt because I used my Clear Pass, but that isn't an option for kids.
Anyone have any ideas? I am trying to streamline the process at the airport as much as possible.

AZOVA functions the same as Clear, and works for kids. It's $10 per person.

For my February trip, my vaccinated 7 year old shows as Exempt, but my unvaccinated 4 and almost-2 year olds don't yet.

You can can send them an email. My kids weren’t showing up as exempt before our trip last year, but we got it resolved via email before our departures. I think it may Have been an issue where the system didn’t automatically recognize their documents so it needed a human to confirm .

I dont think my 3YO ever changed to exempt, but we knew she was fine because under 6. They did have to confirm her at the airport - maybe just to ensure she actually looked under 5??
