We were there Feb 25th and the last phase of it (the slide) was open then. As far as I know there is not more planned for it.
The hot tub closest to the sandy shallow pool jets don't work. The CM said she had been there since Jan and it wasn't working the whole time. As far as I know there is no plans to close that.
So to answer your questions, yes the pool is done.
There was a Major section of Yaht Club that was under renovation. I don't know if those rooms were open or not, I would hope not, or at least major discount since they should be water view and it was NO VIEW.
