SAB dangerous....

to the wallet! We spent last week at BCV with my BIL and family. After one morning at SAB he was convinced to buy DVC. His wife has wanted to buy in for the past year but BIL had no interest until now!

i know the feeling!!!!
this past feb, my DH and I were with my parents ( who have been owners at OKW since 95). One day, we decided to go over and check out the BVC since we were near the International GAteway. plus, the weather wasn't looking so good. Also, we love to walk around that area as well.
Well, We walked around the demo units and asked the lady about the price now. we got talking and we ended up setting up an appointment to speak with a guide ( who turned out to be my parents newly assigned new guide). Now, my husband wasn't saying much. We had talked about buying some time in the future, but being that we just got married in August, we really didn't think we could do it now. As we were heading over, my DH says to my dad "I'm not buying today".....
well...after the presentation was over (not very long since we knew a lot about it already due to mom and dad) ...the guide gives us time alone and the second he walks out the door, my husband shouts out..."we are buying" let's do it. You could have picked me up off the floor...I was thrilled!!!!

I keep telling people that it was the most expensive "go shopping to get out of the rain for a time" moment that I have ever had at Disney World. Normally I buy a sweatshirt or something, but instead I bought something even better!

I know how that feels. My husband had no interest and then we stayed at the WL (I just found out it was going to be available for DVC). This is is FAVORITE resort. It worked. We have been members ever since.
