My friend really thinks RoL will be ready next month! She said things LOOK GOOD!

And the bigger question, can it run more than once per night? That is going to be critical.

You mean a ROL Dining Package?

I don't know that Y&Y would offer that since they are not a Disney restaurant. Someone can jump in with a better memory, but I think the restaurants predicted way back when were Tiffins, Tusker House and (big surprise) Flame Tree. I would guess that FT might not make the cut if they can't run ROL 3 times a night.

Mostly both - maybe a package, but either way a dinner before the show...if the show actually exists!

It would make sense for it to premier Oct 1st to lighten the load of MK nights during those last MSEP runs.....are you hearing me Disney???

That is what seemed to be the reason it was "broken" - that it couldn't run through and then reset. I mean it might not have been the issue but it was what every source seemed to be putting out there. If it's going to be the beautiful show we hope for (not JB Alive) with that small of a theater ... it has to be able to run through more than once per night. If it doesn't show more than once per night we might be having the biggest FP+ riot to date.

Haha, you made me chuckle but I'm all for Disney having the last laugh if this show moves from Rumor to the River.

Well I'm thinking if like most things you will have to stay on top of it yourself then call to book it while cancelling the other. I don't see Disney calling everyone with a meal booked to see if they want to convert it. Keep your eyes & ears open. But the person you quoted said they booked Y&Y, and I don't believe that Y&Y was ever part of the conversation to have a ROL package, especially since they are not Disney owned.

Pretty sure conversation from HUB insights were Tiffins, Tusker House and possibly a Flame Tree (but there would need to be multiple shows to justify FT).

If they handle this as they ALWAYS have, no. You have to book the pkg as a new ADR. Makes no difference if you had an existing regular ADR at the same restaurant.

Well ............. ROL is still Rumors of Light at this point. And JB Alive is now dead and not too many are mourning the loss.

But we have attempted to have fun, share other info the fill in the hole ............. and Nomad Lounge opened with some good drinks.

Based on the ROL theatre setup, if you have an ECV guest in your party, is there an area designated where you could sit with them?

Am sure there are some others with first hand. We were on the right half of FP+ and to the left the section did have at least one WC there and looked like some seats. Theater full when we arrived (no one wanted to sit close so we did) and I didn't look again when empty. I remember an old post stating ramps going to bottom.

Hey, Floating Bear! I was just thinking about you the other day! Great to see you back. Unfortunately not too much has really changed in the Lounge. Rivers of Light is still a rumor, and if you want to believe it, supposedly there will be a show coming out in October, but hey, it's just a rumor! Have fun catching up!

Hi! I was happy to see this thread pop up. I've been back 2 weeks today from our August vacation where we didn't get to see ROL. We did waste a FP+ on the Jungle Book show. There's 25 minutes or so of my life I'll never get back.

When we went to JB the back row was for people whose party included a wheelchair/ecv. Wheelchairs/ecv were behind that row with a low wall in front of them then their party below on the bench.
