I cancelled this weeks trip (got photos from others) and going Halloween but just a few days. Not sure I can squeeze a couple hours with DS to wait in line. But I might try, so want one.

JEALOUS!!!! Here I am taking DS down for Halloween and all I can think about is making him stand in line with me for a HM mug. He did enjoy TS last time. And I want to go back to Nomad and he really liked it there. Chill.

Have you heard if there's a limit on purchase for them? Does it need to be in the interior of Trader Sams, or do they serve the glass out on the patio part of Sams?

It looks like from posts I have seen, a line starts a couple hours before it opens specifically for the mug. They then give out wristbands up to the limit of the day. I think I also saw one per person. Not 100% sure - especially since it's so contrary to usual Disney.

I've also heard 1 per person, with a limit of 200 distributed per day.

Have you heard how early people are lining up? They open at 4, correct?

Yes I heard 200. Yes they open at 4. Several were in line 2 - 3 pm

My only choice this trip would be Halloween night and I bet the place will be mobbed.

Hmmm ........... I had totally decided no AK while I'm there Halloween. UGH.

We have MNSSHP on Sunday and leave Tuesday .............. that means Halloween night is my only night open.

Although that would be SO APPROPRIATE ............ go to AK on Halloween and we'll either get a TRICK or a TREAT.

We'll it's been 6 month trick so far.

AND I'm too afraid to ask him if the ugly barge stages are still there. If they are it means the best seats are at the top half.

Hey all,
I'm such a slow packer, I'm just now finishing up and we leave for the airport in about 90 minutes.

In case anyone is on campus today (Tuesday), I'll be in the pumpkin-patch NE DISmeet shirt, and probably wearing bobbing tiki-head-band as well. Zany! Of course, I've made sure to carry along my Rumors of Light 2016 pin. I didn't realize that the ghost-tiki mugs were so very popular, so I'm hoping that I'll make the cut off today. I'm not sure that I'll be able to go Wednesday and I leave on Thursday to visit with family and the wildlife of Florida.

This could be unrelated to RoL. The cm events calendar came out for AK and here are some things I find of interest
WDW Broadcast Production has a hold to use the rooms in Dinoland (backstage, used for parties and special events) from November 7th through November 11th. No details other than to say that they are holding the room all day so it can't be used for anything else. The event name is Meeting/BB/LB/RB if anyone is in production and know what those letters mean maybe they can shed some light (get it, what I did there)
I think that if RoL is in fact ready to make it's debut they might wait until after the Wine and Dine race

I saw what you did there.

I think it falls in line with what some of us predicted ... mid November. Makes sense for after Food & Wine but before holiday crowds.
