Rumors for 2019 booking?

anyone hear anything about when January 2019 will open for booking.
I thought I booked in October 2 years ago. This will be cruise 3 on DCL for us.

I think it will be later than that this year.

You did book in October 2 years ago, but last year it was mid-Nov. My guess is that those who put together the itineraries and work out the logistics and contracts with the ports are probably still busy dealing with the number of changes these last rounds of hurricanes have required. For example, if making alternate plans for the upcoming affected Eastern cruises requires new contracts with new ports (just guessing, no insider info), then they would incorporate those in their future offerings.

Last year the January 2018 cruises opened to the public on October 27th. You should get a day or two notice if you follow the thread darnheather pointed you to, the CC members who can book early will give the heads up and share the schedule there. So you can know which cruise you want to book on opening day.

Thanks everyone. I thought the hurricanes may have an impact.
It boggles my mind that I can book the cruise but not my room until June the next year for before and after the cruise. I know I can book a room only but I like to budget and plan

I am hearing we will see new cruises announced tomorrow with booking starting with platinum again on Monday.
