There was talk this year of doing 2 Halloween themed programs. 1- the classic MNSSHP at the Magic Kingdom and another Holloween themed special night at MGM for adults and older kids featuring the villans. This would be to compete with Universal. I'm not sure what the status of this plan is (or even if it was a real plan).

Event Services was seriously discussing the Villain Party at Disney-MGM Studios, but that's been put on the back burner for now. It won't happen this year. Maybe they'll talk about it again for next October.

I heard their doing a "Pirates & Princesses" Event starting sometime next year not a scary villians party.
