I would be more than happy
For any reason but I think they,re might be truth to this with a market down a bit ( economy ,morgages , gas ) that would be an extra appeal for someone thinking of buying into DVC when you know you have that extra perk .....and for those of us already in ( DVC ) well more time to shop , eat ......
