Hi
I am hunting for RPR for August 2011, and lots of travel agents/sites dont have prices released yet - including Loews hotels direct!
However an independant travel agent has quoted £139a night for 7 nights in garden view - What do you think?
This year lots of sites are offering the stay longer, save more, however with harry Potter onsite do you think this sort of deal will be available next year?

Would you book £139 a night or wait for a better bargain?

Thanks
CJ

We have stayed there 3 times now and I love it - £139 sounds really good actually - I would snap it up, personally.

Well, if they do the Stay More Save More rate like that have done this year, for late August you could secure a room at RPR for much less than that on the basis of staying 7 nights. There are no guarantees though.

One good thing about booking direct with Loews rather than a travel agent is that, if the rates lower afte ryou book, you can call and get the rate amended. Also, you could be entitled to a discount if you are AA members or have Annual Passes.

At this early stage, I would not be that eager to book at that rate, no.

Personally I would not commit myself to a tied in deal so far in advance on a rate thats not cheap, its about right. If it was a deal you could cancel with no loss then yes why not but sound like you will lose money if you cancel. Whats the cancellation fee?
I would wait for others to offer, its too early yet but there is always a chance you have the best price already. Its a gamble.:goodvibes

This year rates what we have paid if you have not seen it. http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2245251
