RPR and undercovertourist

Has anyone booked a universal hotel through undercovertourist? What has been your experience?

According to their reservation site, a night at RPR is $60 less than booking it directly through the resort--$195 instead of $257. They say the hotel won't have our name for the reservation until the day before (though the reservation in guaranteed).

I'm afraid to show up at the hotel and find out there really is no reservation for us. Also do we still get the express pass for the two days and early entry if we book through undercovertourist?

I didn't even know undercover tourist did hotel bookings. They are really good with their park tickets, so I would assume the same with their bookings. Anyone who says at the hotel gets the perks, so I wouldn't worry about that. You just won't get credit for the stay with their loyalty program, Youfirst.

When I check both sites, I see that the UT tourist site is giving the AAA rates. Did you check with the hotel or call AAA for their AAA rates. AAA rates are not listed on the loewshotels.com website. The seasonal rates are identical.
