Are there any differences between the rooms on club level vs other rooms? We had a super clean room which is very important to me and I noticed a thread where someone complained about the cleanliness of the rooms on CL and scared me a bit reassure me that the rooms are in good shape up there!

Thank you! We were so impressed on our first visit in may and I was hopeful it wasn't an anomaly! I thought perhaps club level rooms saw more traffic and just were more worn. Thanks!!

Our room on club level was very clean. They also were great about somehow knowing our schedule and cleaning while we were gone. We were there 8 days so spent a lot of time in the room (well, relatively a lot considering we were at a theme park!). What I mean is we didn't get up at the crack of dawn and go commando at the parks. On the days we slept in, they didn't come until late to clean. On the days we did WWOHP early entry, they had our room clean when we got back for a late breakfast. Plus, turn down service always happened when we were out to dinner or having snacks in the lounge, etc. Even though we didn't have a set schedule!!

Lucky! They came by twice to do turndown service after 9pm. (and it's not like they give chocolate with turndown...nope, small bottles of water are what they leave)

I was mainly happy with the turn down service because they gave us fresh towels. We all showered in the morning before heading to the parks. But then we went to the pool in the afternoon and so we showered again before we went back out to the parks in the evening. It was nice to get the fresh towels.

Thanks everyone we booked CL for our trip! Our only complaint with RP was the lack of a quick service like Sal's at PB. I think CL offerings will help with that! I'm glad the cleanliness we experienced wasn't rare!

no. it is available at request.
i don't know if everyone will get it but i have the Loews platinum and get turn down service.


all you can do is ask.
the worse that can happen is you are 'turned down'.
