Hi,
Just stayed 2 nights here on points (88 in total) and was very impressed.The hotel is in a great location on Kensington High street and the tube station is about 10mins walk.I know people have argued that it's poor value for points but the way we saw it was the points were "spare" and we got 2 nights bed and breakfast in a 5 star hotel for the cost of the$75 exchange fee without the hassle of point renting for cash etc.We also got an upgrade to a junior suite without even asking!

PS got to see some great Tennis at Wimbledon too but thats another story!!!
