glad to hear number 5 is running better and hope we get some news on the warranty on it.

Maddi, good luck with the ressie's, ive been searching for a good month now for that elusive 5pm 50's prime time on 9/21, but thankfully a very sweet, loveable, wonderful, awesome, totally rocking diser got us our Le Cellier :)

I did look just now and all that comes us for you at LTT is a 2:25pm, eww, too early. so are you doing MNSSHP? we will be there as well!!

Yep...we are doing MNSSHP on the 22nd. This is our fifth one...lol...we are addicted to it! My DD will spend more time standing in the Haunted Mansion line talking to Corlotta (ghost in front of HM on the bench) than actually riding the rides. Tell you what, that CM is AWESOME! She can answer any question that DD asks without any hesitation. And I do mean ANY...like how the ghost horse died, how the dog in died, why did that lady ghost marry so many men, how did the duck die, what is it like to be a ghost, are ghost scared of ghosts, Since ghost are cold do they get colder in snow storms and the CM never missed a beat. DD is already planning her new series of questions for Corlotta...lol

Wow Maddie!!!

That is a list and a half!!! I thought we were crazy when we did 6 ADRs and WISHES dessert buffet in our 7 day trip. Girl...when you do DISNEY, you really do DISNEY!!!:lmao:

Looks great though!!!:thumbsup2

Just think, with all that walking, most of those calories will be burnt off by the end of the day anyway!!!:rotfl:

Have a magical trip!!!:wizard:

I am a food junkie :lmao:

My ideal WDW trip would be going to Epcot and eatting my way around the world. HEAVENLY BLISS. sighhhhh....someday.

Great news for you!! Yay!!

That sure is a lot of food -- how fun!

And not that you asked, but I would prob cancel that lunch...having a breakfast, lunch and dinner TS in one day is really a lot...you'll feel like all you did that day was wait to eat; eat; and recover from eating!! :rotfl:

See that is what I was thinking and the only reason I booked it was because we would definitely get in to see Nemo. Last year, we stood in line FOREVER then they finally opened so ppl could go in. Well about 20 ppl before us was left to go and they had to turn everyone away because of being full. I think we stood in line for over an hour and a half and never got in. BUMMER! That is why I am up in the air over that one. Three meals is definitely a lot of food but we were both very disappointed in not getting to see Nemo. So I'm still debating over that one.

I feel so inferior. Only planning on two TS meals - both of them lunch. Tomorrow is my ADR day, so I'm planning for a midnight run on the website.

If you're interested - we'd like to go to:
50's Prime Time
Coral Reef

Since I only qualify for QS Dining Plan (I don't want to pay to upgrade since there are two days where we will be off-park), we'll have to pay OOP. I don't mind for only two TS meals.

Any news on the warranty replacements?

LOL...can we say PRO at Free Dining. The first year they offered it, I didn't make any ADR's---BIG MISTAKE. I personally liked it when it was 180 days out to make the ADRs...more relaxed. This year, I was getting impatient because I couldn't get ones on my 90 day mark. My poor DH got to listen to me several times a night asking for PIXIE DUST each time I sat down to the look for certain ones. Tonight, I feel lost because I don't have to search and search all night for them. :lmao:

Hey everyone...I'm back! We got back late last night around midnight and I'm at work now! :(

So we had RC#2 and had no problems whatsoever getting it from luggage services at Saratoga Springs. I was worried about the rip in the seat, but I think the patch is holding up very well! I used the stroller about half of our trip as my girls were so into hitting and kicking each other constantly! We gave it up and braved the parks w/ no stroller the last half of the trip!

The accessory bag has in it: a rain cover, a sun shade that I had no clue how to use!, extra undercarriage storage bag, another patch and sewing kit.

I left the stroller with luggage services at Saratoga on Thursday morning for the next swapper and text/called her with the tag #.

Thank you so much for allowing us to participate in the swap! I'm so glad that even with all of the mishaps, the swap is still going strong!

Thanks for the update. I'm glad the stroller worked great for you. I keep thinking of all the seats we wasted because of their error and then something as simple as reinforcing the area that tears with a patch seems to be working.

I know I will be relieved when our last swapper gets to use the strollers...but in the same token, extremely sad because the swap will be over. I really have enjoyed running it...even with all the bumps along the way. I don't know what I am going to do with all the free time I will have after the swap is over.

I thought about maybe a fridge swap if someone happens to want someone to take over. I do know for those of you who are going next year in September, I will be doing a Photopass share for those in the RC or Tink Swap. I can't do WDW without a photopass CD and I love sharing so I have already decided to do a free one for those of us who happen to go next year. Who knows what I might be doing after the swaps. :)

Wow! I didn't realize that Nemo got that busy! When we went to see this in May 2008, we basically walked right in.

During free dining with EMH...yep it was extremely busy last year. DD REALLY want to see Nemo, so I'm waiting to see what the post trip reports are like for those who go before us.

Hi everyone!!! I know, I know... I have been absent for awhile. My best friend and her family from FL were here with us for a week. Fun Fun Fun. Then they left and I had a day to pack for our Michigan camping trip.

Camping was really great and the girls LOVED it. But, boy, so much fun is a lot of work. Picture us with DD7, DD5 and DD3 in a tent in muddy mucky sand/dirt for 4 days. Our first night started out with the raccoons getting ALL of our food in the cooler (12 eggs, a package of raw bacon, pack of hot dogs, 6 chocolate bars, 6 Lunchables, 16 individually wrapped slices of cheese, two turkey and cheese sandwiches, 4 cups of applesauce and a cucumber. They left us a jug of milk and a tub of butter - which I promptly threw out!!!) What a MESS!!!! But, we made good fun out of it. Picture the raccoon chatter - "Awwww - you got SIX chocolate bars??!!! All I got was some raw bacon!") We fished, went tubing down a river, went to the dunes/beach, rode our bikes on fabulous wooded bike trails, hiked and made countless so'mores.

So I'm all caught up on the RC thread.
Sonnesolesun - Your experience with Mickey and Minnie brought tears to my eyes! What a great surprise. And, I have to mention that your kids are adorable!

Maddi - Happy anniversary! Also, your dinner reservations sound fabulous!!! We only did 2 restaurants when we were there (hard to believe). I am looking forward to the days when 3 DDs can appreciate a good meal. My mouth is watering just thinking of it!

I love reading about the planning for all of your trips. What will we do when the swap is over? I'm sure Maddi will think of something to keep us all busy. :rotfl2:

Good to catch up and have a great weekend!

WAY TO FUNNY!

As for me, it isn't vacation if I have to make a bed! I tried camping and the only camping I will do anymore is in the backyard with the grandbabies and Parker (8/15/09 is the big one coming up). Yes, I am a vacation snob. But you are right, It is A LOT of work..preparing, during, and after. I cook everyday at home, make beds, and clean...last thing I want to do on vacation are those three things.:lmao:

We like to refer to camping as an "adventure" rather than a vacation for just that reason! Now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure that I have a few more years before vacations are actually relaxing! Until then, our trips will remain adventures!!!!

THANKS!!! I think they are kinda cute too!

We had SOOOO much FUN!!! My DD6 LOVES:love: to repeat the story! She sounds just like me in her retelling of it, including mentioning that the stroller had its own CM!!!:lmao:

My kids are getting ready for camping w/grandma and her new hubby for 6 nights while I go back to work before they start school. They can't wait. Hope they have as much fun as you all did!

Are you planning your next trip to WDW yet? I still pick that over ANYTHING. :lmao:

I might have to stalk out the CMs while we are there. I would LOVE to ride Dumbo with Minnie. Ok...I will always be a kid at heart. I get sooooo excited about seeing Minnie. HAHAHA

But my all time favorite...Tink. Guess who will be dragging her DD to meet Tink.:lmao:

Ohhh BTW...if you talk to your sister, is she doesn't mind she can just mail the seat back to me unless someone from #1 offers to get the seat and take it down with them. Any takers?

I'll Pm you my addy...thanks for asking her to mail it to me.

:cheer2:Well, I successfully booked my very very first ADR's EVER! :cheer2:

All of them for lunch - which is probably why I was so successful.

Coral Reef
50's Prime Cafe
Tusker House

I also booked the Epcot Around The World on a Segway tour (or whatever it's called). Psyched! My mom will stay with the girls while we head over there for 8am.

I couldn't get BBB at MK for the day I wanted, however. Debating when I should book it for Downtown Disney instead - I'm trying to avoid buying park hoppers. Any thoughts as to whether 4 PM is reasonable? :confused3 I was thinking, if we take a break mid-day and take naps, we could just head over to DD for the BBB and then go to a park for a CS dinner and then ride the rides while everyone else is eating dinner.

I'm such a newbie at this stuff. Any advice you veterans can give me would be appreciated.

Laural

Just checking in! I am always reading and keeping up with the thread and with just 2 months to go we are getting very excited. We had to replace a flat roof on an addition to our house this weekend, so I'm way behind on my DIS now, so I've got some catching up to do.

You and me both!!!! A total vacation snob....I had told DH when we were dating that my idea of roughing it was a hotel with no room service!!!
My DH almost fell over last year when I told him we were staying at POP.(We had only ever done deluxe on rented DVC points) It was the only way I could get back and I really wanted to try the FD. And to be honest it was fabulous!!! It totally changed my view on the type of accomadations we needed!!!

Only 25 more days!!!!!!(It cannot get here soon enough!!)
