Maddi, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom and step-father. I am on vacation this week (school break) and I have been on the boards all day so I'd be happy to PM any swappers having trouble and I'll be sure to let new swappers know to PM you with the info from post 1.

Thank you everyone for the prayers and well wishes.

Mom came through surgery really well. A metal rod and pins for a while. They start physical therapy tomorrow.

Step-Dad is still in ICU. He is now on a vent. He had a couple bad spells last night and a couple today (whatever they mean by spells...sorry I'm a little frazzled). They can't do much of anything until he is stable. Then we will go from the worst to the least on fixing his injuries. I'm horribly worried about him.

I got Step-dad's children picked up at the airport and finally to the hospital so as awful as this sounds, it will take a lil off me. Mom is on the 8th floor, Step dad is on the 4 floor...so it is safe to say that I got my exercise today. Plus with his own children here, it might do him a world of good. They live so far away that he only gets to see them once a year and really misses them...family is the best medicine. I'm hoping once he knows they are here, he'll start doing better (He didn't come to when they were in ICU but I'm sure he knows )

Anyway, I think I have everything updated.

Not a problem. I'm glad to hear that your mom came through surgery well and I will continue to keep your family in my prayers. Like I said, I'm not working this week so I'll keep an eye on our position on the budget boards and tell any new swappers to PM you. If any current swappers ask for how to send payment, I'd be glad to tell them, I just don't want to give out your info w/o permission so for now, I'll just tell them to PM you and that you'll get back to them when you are able to get back to the boards.

parkersmom, so sorry to read about your mom & step-dad. Wishing them all the best and sending pixie dust your way.

I just pm'd you that I am interested in joining the swap. My dates are 11/26 - 12/5, and we will be staying at the Cabins at Ft. Wilderness. It looks like strollers 3, 4, and 5 are open for those dates - it doesn't really matter to me which swap I am added to.
