I am back
We had a great trip. The only "issue" was a bit of tension among the adults the first couple days due to my unruly 4 year old nephew and different ideas on how to deal with his ADD behavior (as his parents weren't with us- it was hubby and I, and the grandmas!)

. The tension dissolved as soon as we all turned over full discipinary responsiblity to hubby. Kids seem to respond so much better to males for some reason! A little walk n chat worked beautifully in getting him to respond. So from that point, we had a lot of fun

.
Laurel was so nice in creating such a pretty and functional sign for the stroller, laminated and all. I ended up taping Marshay's info on the sign and reusing it.
The stroller held up beautifully. The front wheel did start wobbling and DH took it to guest services, obtained the necessary tools, and tightened it, and it was back to normal.
At one point in the trip, while the stroller was folded up on the bus, I noticed the canvas at the bottom of the stroller had developed a tear that didn't impact the functionality in any way, shape or form. I don't know if it was there and I didn't notice or if it had happened on our trip. At one point while DH was pushing I noticed the bottom snap that holds the extra stuff had come undone (too much stuff under there) and it was dragging on the ground, I snapped it back in place, but it may have happened then. I put packing tape around the tear, which doesn't do anything except perhaps hold any fraying at bay, but honestly, even if it frayed 100% and the stiff board fell out (which that's not even remotely close to happening - it would have to tear like 3 more inches on each side), functionality would not be impacted, and I don't think canvas is likely to fray/tear by itself like that, so we should be OK, and if it did happen on our trip, I am soooo sorry!!!!!!
It was kindof funny because at midnight our last night, I ran the stroller over to the Contemporary (just ran across the street). I literally sprinted back to the busses and arrived breathless, but I missed it by about 30 feet! UG. Oh well, it made it, and I got in some good aerobic exercise

Thank you so much for letting me be a part of this stroller swap. We literally could not have done it without it. So many times the 4 year old fell asleep in the stroller. It was such a nice one to push also - so smooth.
