The location is just a stand on the side of the path in Asia. There is no seating. Consequently, hot teas are all served in a paper-type to-go hot cup with a plastic lid complete with sipping hole. The tea leaves themselves are loose but scooped into filter sachets so you can let it steep as much as you like without having to worry about tea leaves floating around in your brew.
As for the question of naturally sweet teas, either of the two Rooibos teas (one has vanilla added in the blend) or the Honeybush will have its own sweetness in the leaves themselves.
I haven't tried their masala chai blend, but that should carry a sweetness on its own, too. They also serve hot chai lattes (I don't know if those are made from the steeped masala chai blend or a pre-sweetened mix like Big Train or Tazo) and chai freezes (I also haven't tried those but they look like a pre-sweetened frozen chai granita mix).
They also serve a few iced teas at the stand. I always pick the iced peppermint tea on a hot day. It's unsweetened and very refreshing.
