Is it best to RD FEA from main entrance or World Showcase entrance. If so to WS entrance, can I use it as an AP holder?

We never tried from the IG entrance, but honestly I don't think it'll make all that much of a difference. As long as you get there within the first 20-30 minutes of park open, you'll be fine.

Does FEA open at the same time as EMH or at 9 AM? I couldn't get a FP to it on my Epcot day so I need to figure out a plan.

I went from main gate (IG not an option for us). Get to the park before 9:00 and head straight to Mexico, where you'll be corralled until the park opens. The wait for us was only 15 minutes.

Sounds good. Then I'll hit up Soarin' and then I have a FP to Test Track at 9 AM.

When does the M & G for Anna and Elsa open?

I believe Anna and Elsa also opened with the park.

We entered from IG and it seems we were in the same crowd rush as the folks coming from the main entrance. The difference is probably that we arrived 20 minutes before park opening and waltzed through bag-check.
