Hi, Before I could run get FP for TSM while someone else took kids to Jedi Training. Any ideas what to do now? If we take kids to Jedi and then go to TSM will the wait already be 60 minutes+? Thanks!

This past Sunday with a 9am opening, the wait for TSM was already 60 minutes by 9:30, and by the time I got off (rode first thing) the wait was already 75 minutes. The high point I saw was around 11am when it was 105 minutes.

This past Sunday was a holiday weekend and not typical of the normal january morning crowds.

OP, have one person take the kid to sign up for Jedi Training (just as before) and you head directly to a FP+ kiosk to schedule FP+ reservations for later in the day. After they're doe with registration head to either Tower of Terror or Rock n Roller Coaster (depending on personal preference) since they will also yield high wait times. if you FP+ TSM, you will not be able to FP+ ToT or RnR as well.

if it were me and I was going to do all three, I would probably FP+ TSM, ride Tower of Terror next, then ride RnR via single rider.

Get a FP+ for Toy Story before you get to the park and then then goto Jedi first thing. Ride Toy Story Later. Enjoy not having to separate from your family.

If you are an off site guest go to a kiosk near the Jedi sign up and have one member set up FP+ for the day while the other does sign ups.

But, it was also a recommended park day, and it was the first hour. I was able to ride everything at every park this weekend the first hour of the day, EXCEPT at DHS.

My advice would be to split up, that's what we did. I only have one who wanted to do the Jedi training, so my husband took her, and I took the others to TSM. Since the line for TSM was already long at 9:30, they rode Star Tours a couple times and we met up around 10am, and had our TSM FP+ at 5:15.

Animal Kingdom was the highest recommended park of the day via easy WDW and with MK having two MSEPs and Wishes, that was an obvious worst park. Parks are recommended daily basically for what the draws are at the other park.

I'm just saying that using a holiday weekend with some of the highest weekend crowds of the month are not the best gauge of what to expect at HS every morning.

Thanks for the advice, I have a FP+ scheduled for later that day but would really like to ride it twice. Sounds like that might be impossible to do both without a long wait. Thanks!

Nope, Sunday was DHS, Saturday was AK, which is what we did. Here is the link. http://www.easywdw.com/jan14-v7.jpg

I am undecided as to whether this would be helpful/desirable or not but, just to add it to the mix, some people have said that if you get an 8am ressie at Hollywood and Vine, you can beat some of the crowd to jedi sign-ups and then make it to TSM before lines get crazy. Of course, the tradeoff is that you would have to really rush your expensive character breakfast since the park seems to open between 8:35am and 8:45am from what I understand.
