I recently bought furniture from WWW.roomstogo.com. I have never bought furniture on-line before...and really was was skeptical about buying on-line without seeing in person. But loved the bedroom set I ordered.

I have to say I was COMPLETELY impressed with every moment I spent shopping with these people! I placed my order and I do live in Mass. My order came one week to the day from order! I cannot even get that from a local furniture store! that was the first thing, secondly. there was a piece of broken wood on my footboard, they came yesterday with a replacement footboard.

Now both times they came here. the truck drivers were very professional, friendly and would not take a tip! I called to give them high praise for there work!

I also loved that each time they came here, I got a call the next day to se how it all went!

So I just wanted to say, that I am highly impressed with this company and very few times people will talk GOOD about an experience.

Not only all this. but what I ordered surpassed what I expected!! It was beautiful and HUGE!!
and I plan on ordering my livingroom set from them also!

Hope your furniture works for you. I will not shop Rooms To Go because my friends bought furniture from there and it was junk. Their sofa looked nice when they got it. They don't have any pets or kids. Within a year, seams were coming undone. The cushions for the sofa were already unraveling. They also bought a table from there and the day it was delivered, a piece of the table, on the side, broke off. They didn't want to deal with RTG and glued it back on.

I agree! I will not shop somewhere that the customer service sucks!! It is a complete turn off!!!!

You are the first person that I've ever heard of that has been happy with Rooms To Go. I'm glad you're happy, but I've heard some real horror stories from friends of mine who bought from them in NC.

That's a beautiful set! I was going to look at ordering a bed for dd's room. We've bought a couch set and bedroom set from there about 7 years ago. We're about to replace the living room set but we LOVE the it so much that it's been something we've been dreading. It's just so comfortable.

My parents got their furniture for their FL. house from Rooms to go and they're thrilled. They had a good experience too.

Yep...that's the first positive experience I have ever heard of as well with Rooms To Go.

We had a horrible experience with them and I will sit on the floor before I ever have to deal with them again.

This was in 2001 so maybe things have changed or maybe states differ.

Four thumbs up for RTG. I've furnished my home with their furniture, and after six years it still looks like new.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews from other posters. I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of the furniture. I wouldn't even dream of shopping anywhere else!

I ordered my entertainment center from RTG and it came quickly and the delivery men were very professional. On par with service I received from Pottery Barn Kids.

I've purchased several times from Broyhill, and dealing with their customer service is like beating your head against a brick wall. The sales end was fine.

Another happy RTG shopper. We have been happy with our furniture (which was bought on-line after seeing it in the store) and had no significant issues with service. The furniture came quickly (unlike some other places we have purchased from) and the quality is good. We have had our living room furniture for 3 years now, and it looks like brand new (even with a dog and two kids!)
