Hey, Roomba owners!

I've had my Roomba 985 (from Costco) for just over 2 months now. While it works great -I love this thing- it no longer shows a map of the area it cleaned on the app. Any thoughts?

I don't know what to tell you, I have an older version for about 3 years now and I will say I love mine too. And it's pure true love hahaha

Sorry no help...ours still shows. Have you tried uninstalling and installing.

My floors have never been cleaner! 2 cats, a son and a husband are no match for my Roomba!

No, I haven't tried that. It was kind of a pain to get it to link up in the first place.

My second roomba is 3 years old so no map, but it does start to get glitchy eventually (and then I buy a new one because I can’t live without it).

I have two , one I keep in my RV because I am just that lazy and I love to let it clean while I am doing other things and one at home that runs pretty much daily . Only when I am going to have company do I drag out my big vacuum.

Did you try uninstallreinstall the app?

Did you check if the Roo.ba website has a troubleshooting or help link?

Have you considered utilizing Costco's great return policy and exchanging it for a new one?
