Has anyone ever had room service delivery to deck 4? Last trip we had a verandah, I would get room service early, do the trip log on the laptop and have tea and pastry while the rest of the family still slept. This time, no verandah, so I was thinking of taking the family radio and trying to get room service to bring the tray to the deck four loungers. Tres elegant compared to a styrofoam cup of tea on deck 9. Doable? Hate to think of schlepping the tray up to deck 4 and dumping the thing on the laptop.

I can't answer the question but it sounds like a perfectly lovely idea to me. Let us know if it works.

If I recall correctly, room service meant just that. You had to have it delivered to a room.

You may be able to go to Topsiders and get a tray with your breakfast and take it down to deck 4. Never tried this, but it seems possible.

It can't hurt to ask. Worse that can happen is that they say "No". If yes, it sounds like a great idea! Let us know what happens.

westjones - you can definately do that!!! Take the tray to anywhere on the ship. We would often get lunch and eat it on Deck 10 while watching the kids in the pool. And some mornings DH would bring back breakfast for the whole families while we slept in. But clearly the room service menu is more extensive than topsiders - that's why the answer to this question would certainly be very interesting!!
