sorry if this has been asked but search is not working for me. is room service 20% gratuity automatically added to bill?

from what i remember, i think it is.


i stay at the hrh and did browse the card for the room service meals and think that surcharge is tacked on.

when i saw that one beer would cost $12 due to the extra charges, i drank water that night............
