It doesn't mean that is what you will get. Disney considers those your requests and if they can accomodate you them at check-in they will. When you go to check in, check that the room they assigned you has all your requests and if it doesn't , don't be shy about asking nicely for a room that does or tell them you will be willing to wait for a room that meets your requests. Checking in early seems to help, you get a better choice of what rooms will be available that day. Sometimes when you check in they just try to put you in any room that is available at the time you check in. I've had this happen the last three times we checked in but ended up getting what I wanted by being polite but persistent. Some people fax in room requests four days before they are to arrive and believe that helps but I've never tried it. I just make sure my requests are on my reservation when I make it with CRO.
