Ok so i got what i am going to request at kidani but wheen and who should i submit this request to.

Member Services needs to be called and your request added to the reservation.

You can always call Member Services to note any special requests, such as room location preference, in your reservation. You can, and should, also add the same request during online check-in, which is available 10 days before arrival. You know, that way, you know exactly what you type in the request.

There really isn't anywhere to enter requests on the online check in form. You'd be better off adding your requests to your reservation, then skipping online check in. When you arrive, see where they plan to put you and see what might be available.
