We would like to make some special requests for our room for a trip in 2 weeks. What's the best way to go about this?

Call MS and have your requests noted on your reservation. They are only requests, not guarantees, so don't let it get you down if not all are met. Have a great trip!

In most cases, it's probably best to make your requests at the time the reseravtion is made.

At this point, either calling or email should be fine. By calling- you'll get to talk with someone, but emailing will likely get you a return confirmation of your requests.

As noted, requests are not guaranteed and can't always be honored.

Have a great trip!

I emailed my requests a couple of weeks before my reservation, and received a nice return message the next day letting me know that my requests had been noted...along with a reminder that they were not guaranteed.

Worked just fine. :D

I'd email, much quicker and easier. Calling does not give you a leg up on getting the requests filled.

Can anyone tell me the exact e-mail address to make these requests?

I just called member services to check omn my weekend reservation at BWV studio and was able to get a guaranteed boardwalk view when it wasn't available when I booked.

It's the same as Member Services in general and is on the members website and in the Vacation Magic.
