Room request

Just wondered how I make a room request for WL if I didn't book through CRO. I booked through expedia. Can I call the WL directly and request? I'm assuming that CRO would not be able to see my reservation...

You can fax your room request to the resort. Three to four days before you leave is recomended. Make it a polite funny letter and if they can do it they will.

WL is not doing anything with the faxes anymore. They changed their policy. There was a thread on the boards about this last week. You may want to do a search.
