Room Request Question

I saw on another post that WL does not take faxed requests anymore.

My DD has Attention Deficit Disorder and is noise sensitive. I have a woods view room and have requested no smoking, bunk beds, in a quiet location. I have also had CRO make a note of her condition. I will be sure to bring a doctor's note as well.

Is there anything else I should do to try to make sure that the message gets through to WL? Even though they don't normally take room requests, do they ever look at a room request when there is a person with a condition? Or, have I done all that there is to do.

I am also concerned because I had to break the week into 3 reservations since I could not get the code rate for the 2nd night of the reservation. While I am hopeful that I will get the code rate for that night, I do have a woods view room requested on all 3 reservations. Plus, CRO has noted that we would like to continue in the same room for the entire trip. This is also important as DD does not transition well.

Any thoughts from the pros?

Yes, I have a suggestion...Take a deep breath and relax, you have done all you can...So stop worrying. You'll be at DisneyWorld your DD will love everything. Yes there might be things you can't control but you'll deal with it when or if they happen don't worry herself sick before you go.

Now do you have your PS, made...

Have fun.

If I'm not mistaken, the wording is something like "room requests not guaranteed unless for documented medical necessity." If it is noted on your res. that your DD has a medical condition, it's pretty certain you will get what you asked for.

I usually call CRO before our visit to make sure the notations are on my res. - be sure to do this more than 4 days prior to your check-in tho, as that's when they download your res. from CRO to the resort.

I'm sure your family will have a great trip!!!:jumping1:
