Room Request Question - DCL Land/Sea Package

I didn't know which board to put this on so here it is.

I am staying at the Beach Club as part of the Disney Cruise Line Land/Sea Package. I wanted to put in a room request for a room closer to Epcot with a full balcony not overlooking a parking lot or a roof.

Who do I call to request this? DCL? CRO? Or should I just wait until the reservations are downloaded into the hotels system and fax my request directly to the Beach Club 5 days before my arrival?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.!.!

Call DCL and ask them to add it to your resort reservations.
We are using Allseasons travel and we requested a certain savanah at AKL. We did this last time and got just what we
wanted. It is a request only without any guarantee but it helps.
The first time we did the land&sea we stayed at the Poly and did
not get our request, however they moved us the next day.

If its an upgrade you want (to a more expensive room) DCL can
quote you a price but I hear from other people its often cheeper
to request an upgrade at the desk when you check in.
