Room Request for POFQ

My 12yr. old son and I,are staying at POFQ water view (my travel agent said it should be open by then),in November 6-15 and would like some suggestions in requesting a room. This will be our first trip to Disney and it is to celebrate his 13th birthday. Any suggestions?

We stayed there in August and we loved it. The resort is small and it is a short walk to everything no matter where you stay. The closest building to the food court would be building 4 and for the pool 5. These would be my suggestions for the best buildings. When we were there we were in builing 6. But like i said no building is a far walk from anything. The boat going downtown was really nice. I hope this is back up and running by time you go down there. I hope you enjoy your vacation . I think your son will really like it there. Plus the bus service was great if you are going to use disney transportation.

I finally found the map and I agree. Building 5 looks great. Sweatheart2576, thank you so much. These boards have really helped me! Thank You all for helping to make this a vacation to remember for my son. He already has his suitcase packed.
