hello - a question? once youve bought your first 200 points acan you share your rooms w/anyone you want or is it only the people who are listed on teh "deed"? for example- if i wanted to send my parents for a trip there, could they use my room?

you sure can! You are welcome to include whomever you wish when using your points. You can just call MS and make reservations in the name of your guests - you don't even need to be on the reservation. The confirmation letter will still be sent to your address, but the name of your guest will appear on the letter.

We just reserved to send DS and his new bride to BWV in April. They have a Boardwalk view, which DS said would probably "Wow" her (she's never seen WDW). My understanding is that the rooms facing the Boardwalk are only DVC rooms.
