Room prefernce question.

Does it do any good anymore to fax in or call in some room preference requests. We currently have listed on out ressies that we want non-smoking (made this before they all went non-smoking). However if we want a first floor room should we fax or call or just wait until we get there.

The best thing to do if you have a particular room request is to call the Disney reservation center and have that request added to your reservation.

I always request ground floor room this way and I have yet to be turned down making the request this way -- while I know it's possible, it just has always turned out that my wish was granted!

I agree with the previous poster....I'd call Disney reservations and ask that they make a notation of your preferences. They will advise that they don't guarantee the requests but will do their best to accommodate them.
 

What if you booked through AAA? And your travel agent is not reliable and not putting in your request? Will Disney still do this?

Then you should call your AAA agent's supervisor. Seriously.

Disney can not touch a reservation made thru any travel agent. All changes must be made by the agency that booked the travel. :(
