Room only booking with CRO?

We want to call and book a room only ressie, can we still book through CRO and how do I make sure they are CRO and not the other? I like the policy for CRO much better. Thank you

When I call I tell them I want a ROOM ONLY reservation...no tickets just room...then just make sure the price they quote you is for the room. I also notify the CM that I would like to put the first night on my credit card and ask about the cancellation policy if the CM's answers are correct I know I received what I requested.
