Promos for 2016 announced yesterday include Room only and SPD discounts. Where can I find details for Room Only discount, the exclusions and the actual discount for particular resorts?

What is SPD? I tried to find the meaning of this but couldn't.

Stay, Play and Dine. The promotion is currently only for Disney Visa holders, but opens up to the public tomorrow. There should be information on the Disney website then.
