We are planning a stay at the BC/YC and have some friends that will be in town staying off property. There will be 2 adults in our room and we would like to have our friends (2 of them)meet us at the resort so we can travel together to the parks using Disney Transportation. We would also like our friends to be able to join us for a mid-day swim back at the BC/YC on our EPCOT day. If we were to make our reservation for 2 adults and 2 children, we would not pay any extra and we would each have a key to the room which would allow us to use the transportation as well as the pool. Would this work or is there something that would make them stand out?

Call the BC yourself and ask them that question. I think they will allow it because technically 4 adults are allowed in your room. I once had a 2 bdrm villa, and only had 6 in it. But they allowed my Dad & hid wife to visit us because I had room for 8.

Ironically we used the quiet pool.

Be sure to get a name!

Technically, you would have four adults so you might have to pay the extra adult charge. If you stay in the villas on points, it doesn't matter how many adults you have as long as you don't exceed occupancy. You don't pay extra for adults on points.

Your "kids" names would have to be on the room ID. That could be a problem if they ask to check IDs.
