My brother has twins who will be 18 months old when we travel. Mom is booking through Costco. Costco tells her there are several rooms that can accomodate 2 pack n plays or cribs. DIsney Cruise Line tells her there is only one room (much more $$) that they can be in. Who to believe? What to do?

Are the pack n plays in good condition?

I was in category 3 verandah and it still was too small for 2 pack n plays. Just use one pack n play and the sofa bed with a bed rail. The sofa bed is low to the ground and you can still put pillows on the floor below if you're afraid of them jumping or falling out.

Any of the categories from 4-12 would not be able to accomodate 2 pack n plays....some Cat 3's might because some Cat 3's are larger than others but it would be tight and they are much more money. The Cat 1 and 2's are really expensive but much larger and would probably accomodate 2 pack n plays. And yes, they are in good condition with cute Disney sheets!!

No matter who you book through, DCL or a TA, you must provide names and birthdates of everyone traveling in that room, when you make the reservation. DCL will not allow you to book a room that can not accomodate the number of people traveling. I would vote for the idea of using the sofa bed and one pack and play.

We took our son when he was 20 mos. and had them put a pack n play in the room to begin with. Once I saw how in the way it would be, the room steward said they could put a bed rail on the sofa bed. It worked out perfect. One side of him was wall, the other the rail. And the put it up every night & took it down in the morning so it wouldnt be in the way. I dont know how they are sleeping together but there was room on the sofa bed for me to lay down with Parker so they could both sleep there if you wanted.
