Room Fax: When to do it?

Okay I know I'm still over 130 days but I'm really an ahead of schedule planner. I'm staying my first 3 nights at ASMu Preferred view. When do I need to fax my room location and perferences in? Also will there be a fax number available for Pop by the time I need to make my ressies? I will be at ASMu from Dec. 11-13 and Pop from 14-16 in a standard view room. Any info would be of great help.

I've always faxed 4 days out with good success.

I just read that 4 day recommendation on Deb's site the other day and will try that this time around. The last 2 times I've faxed requests 3 days out and they were granted without any problem.
