Room discounts to come out in march!!

Called yesterday to set up reservations for our group. We are planning on a trip to the world in sept.
The CM I spoke with he is with the magical gatherings setup
told me that there would be room discount codes coming out in march for our time frame. I told him I thought they had done away with room only discount codes and he said no they will be coming out. I cant wait.

This is interesting to know. We'll be staying at WDW next Labor Day weekend, following our cruise. Saving a few $$ would be nice Then again, it might not be valid for Labor Day weekend. Does anyone know if they ever offer codes for holidays??

I was also planning on going in Sept. but couldn't decide where to stay unless we got some kind of discount. woo hoo....maybe we'll be able to stay at the Poly !!!!!

I don't mean to poo-poo anyone's party, but.....well, poo-poo.

Don't get your gears cranking for a discount just yet. Quite frequently, with the Disney Reservation Center, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

I'm obviously not saying to abandon all hope, but I don't think it wise to plan a trip believing that there WILL be discounts available.

Our trip is already planned, codes or not. I already have AAA so that'd be something, anyway. We'll be staying at the same resort (most likely Polynesian) no matter what. All I meant was that it's always nice if you can save a few $$ too

Actually, I don't think dansyr said anything about planning a trip believing there'll be discounts, either. We both said we're *already* planning trips to WDW. Hey, we can dream about codes, can't we???

Yes, I'll be going in Sept with or without codes.....just hoping for some kind of discount. Just with a code or discount we'll probably stay at the poly....without probably a moderate. I guess I can also hope the Disney Visa will offer some kind of discount.
No offense taken snacky stack...just wanted to clarify I wasn't relying on code to go.

Yes I will believe the codes when I see them!! Our group of 10 are going with or without codes. Our trip is planned for sept.
I have to say he sure sounded like he knew they were coming out when I questioned him so lets hope he knew what he was talking about!

Last Septemebr only~ room only~ discounts offered were for Florida Residents and AAA.
