I guess they don't really expect to have to do a full cleaning everyday in a villa. I know we never bother with additional cleaning or T&T service.

For the $40.00 per day they are supposed to do all of that. We confirmed this before purchasing the service.

When we spoke to the front desk manager she was pretty unhappy to hear we were not getting what we paid for.

The housekeeping manager we spoke to also confirmed they were supposed to do all of that when daily cleaning has been ordered and paid for.

At the bare minimum (meaning if we had not paid for this) they should have emptied the dumb trash on T&T day...which they did not do.

Anyway, the point was do not bother paying for cleaning at OKW because you may not get what you paid for; we certainly didn't and management refunded us because of this.

We stayed at SSR in October and this did not happen - each day we got excellent cleaning service.
