room charge question

Hi all,
We will be staying with a large group in 1 villa and Im wondering if we can separate the room charge folios for each family or will everything we charge be on 1 folio? Thanks in advance.

I think the easiest way to handle this is to have folks not charge things to the room. Pay using their own plastic or cash as they go.

not sure if the procedure has changed in the past 2 years...but when we took friends and shared a 2br..all the charges went on 1 folio....but we went down to the front desk the night before we checked out...had them print out a copy of the room charges...we then figured out by room key number which charges were for each of our families and the front desk charged each of our credit cards for our totals
