Room 4056...

When I got to BWV at 12 noon last week I was told my room was ready. Big surprise. When I got to the room, pool view, went out on the balcony and the bottom half was solid, couldn't see out unless you were standing up. Not a good idea with an 8 & 5 year old. Asked to be moved. New room wasn't ready until 3:30 pm and was very,very far from the elevators. If you don't care about seeing out from the bottom half of your balcony, this room is only 4 rooms from the elevator.

I had one of those rooms, too! I don't quite understand why they did that. It appears to just be for effect when people look at the building. I was only spending one night so I lived with it but I wouldn't have been happy for a longer stay.
