Can any one tell me what you think about this house rental company? Are they good to work with? Are their houses clean? Are they as nice as they say they are?

Well I already posted on your other thread...but we found them to be just wonderful. They asked us to call when we landed so they could meet us at the house, and greeted us with fresh baked cookies. There is a large binder provided with any info you could possibly want, and all our requests were handled very promptly (the kids requested particular movies/video games from them for example.) The house was clean, love that they provided laundry soap and free pool heat.

I do have to say that I have seen that posted by other folks before and it did take them a few days to get back to me the first time. Once we booked though they were in frequent communication. I think they try to answer all questions on their site and make it bookable without talking to them since they know they may not always get back right away. I can see how it would be a concern for you though. I hope you hear from them soon.

I have booked them recently and they have usually replied to emails within 12 Hrs. Given the time-zone difference that's not too bad.
