So of course I've been planning this trip for a couple of years, but since there are "only" 6 months to go until our trip I thought I'd find out who else was going?

Can't wait!!

And a question: I've read that BTMRR, the Haunted Mansion, and Space Mountain are going to be closed at various times in Sept. Anyone have dates?

There is no date for BTMRR that is just a rumor.

HM close late August until Halloween Season Starts, possibly on the 14th maybe the 21st. Space Mountain will close during the weekdays before Halloween Starts.

And I really hope BMTRR is not closed while we are there, it was closed in WDW this past trip. Its one of my faves so I hope I don't miss 2 trips

I should be there! Our plan is to go the 9/22 for 5 days. I'm looking forward to going during warm weather and enjoying the wet rides I never do!

We have a set of backup dates in October in case BIL cant get the September dates off work. I'm also keeping my eye on the BTMRR ride closure. If its closed during our Sept dates but open in Oct we might go with the Oct dates. We went in early Sept once year and loved it. Crowds were great and I believe the only ride closures we had that year were the three down for their holiday overlays.

My family arrives at the Happiest Place on Earth on 21 Sept for eight days/nights of joy. I love to plan our WDW/ DLR trips. However, I only have a draft of our Sept DLR trip because I am expecting BIG changes to my "gameplan" with the re-launch of DCA on 15 June. I am expecting alot of the pinned blogs on DLR strategy to be updated with all of the impacts DCA shall make on DLR.

Thus I am greatly anticipating advice from Hydroguy and Skiingfast on how best to tour DLR resort AFTER the 15 June re-launch. I suspect DCA shall have MMs for MWF. And the entire DCA plan of attack will be totally revised with the opening of Carsland. Finally, hopefully by this summer we shall know the refurb schedule for September.

We will be there September 25th through the 27th!! I can't wait. Hope Splash Moutain is open this time (we missed it last year in May!!). We also missed the Ariel ride and the Star Tours opening dates!! Hope we get to ride those, too!! Cars Land should be amazing. Here's hoping for relatively low crowd levels!!

I will be there Sept 12-16 for a suprise Mommy and Me trip with my 9yo!! I'm excited, but it seems so far still. We are staying at the GCV. I might go for 1 day in July, if not, this will be the first time either one of us has been to DLR.
