Good Morning to all!! It is 6:30 sun is not up but I know it will be a beautiful day!!

As you know Jaymee is better. The Dr said there was a 100% improvement. The Mono came back negative but there is some other virus. She took her off of codine because she is not keeping it down and she will continue the steriods and some other pain killer and an antibiotic. Wooooo Hooooo!! We danced out of the Dr's office!!

Dogs are all delivered Thanks Mom! and we are all packed. I am getting ready to make yet another call to Disney because they are offering the military half price on the hotels. Guess I will call and see why we don't quailify for this discount so I can add it to my list of other things we don't qualify for! But I am to excited to even let that bother me!!

I started my count down at 454 days until we leave. TIme sure flys.

We have had airline tickets for a airline that went bankrupt. Hotel reservations for a hotel that is now closed for renovation. Changed airline reservations on the neplacement reservations. denied numerous discounts because???. Dr telling us one of the kids cant go because of sickness. But we are here!!!!

We are overcomers!!!! Yea!!!! Disney here we come!!!

Guess I will wake up the kids and start the leaving proceedure.

I have so much enjoyed this board. I will miss this. Can't wait to meet you all. I really enjoyed meeting Sandy and Lori and their families. We will have to keep in touch.

Wilderness girl......just talked to Barb as they were getting ready to leave and she said she would love to meet you if we could set something up. We are staying at New Orleans I think. I hope to have a phone number before I leave Sunday. She said we would either be in MGM or Magic Kingdom on Thursday and Friday. Said maybe we could meet for dinner...what do you think

I just read where there was another shooting in DC area...sure hope they catch this crazy person before another one.

Dick didn't want to go on cruise....then our son took us to Alaska for a Christmas gift and now he thinks cruising is great. We had already made plans for this cruise so he gets left home but our other daughter called and wanted to know if he would go on a Disney cruise in December and he said sure, so don't feel too bad for him. He still gets to go later and we really needed a dog setter...now Barb gets our two dogs in Dec. Merry Christmas!!

Well I guess we got Barb off all safe and sound....and I have to work another week...darn it!

We're flying out at 5am Friday (next) so we can spend at least half a day at MGM. Gotta ride that new roller coaster I've heard so much about.

Can you take wine in your suitcase through the airlines?

Started list last night. I might have to buy more luggage!!!

We are leaving Friday 18th to drive to Nashville, TN(flight was MUCH cheaper than St. Louis which is 2 hours away, Nashville is 4 hours) where we will catch a flight on Sat. We get in to Orlando at 10:15 then are taking Happy Limo to the boat.

I am starting to panic. So much to do, not enough time. We own our own business so we have to make sure there is work set up for our employees while we are gone.

Kids are starting to get excited. I think they kept thinking that it was all a dream, but we are wathcing the video every night & reading all we can to get ready.

Husband started having back trouble a few weeks ago & has been going to Chiro. He thought it was getting better, but today he can't stand up straight. This is all we need. Everyone think good thoughts so he will heal up faster!!!

Good afternoon all! I just got back from my doctor's appointment and good news..........no surgery

(well at least not yet)! My knee cap is off to one side and is causing some cart. damage, but he said that with 4 to 6 weeks of PT it should do ok, if not I go for a MRI. He gave me a shot of cortizone(sp?) and some meds and sent me on my way. So that's good news! Now I just have to worry about packing

Dudettes where are you going for dinner? Think of us and have a great time!

Mickey 02 mom: Sounds like a good plan to me! Before you go sunday, just let me know where to get a hold of you or Barb! I can't wait! We will be going to Mickey's not so schary Halloween party Thursday so Friday night be a better day! But we are flexible, so it really doesn't matter!

The Dudettes are meeting at a local restaurant called "Pufferbelly's" at 5:45 PM tonight & will be thinking of all our fellow cruisers and we won't even spill beer on you!

It is going to be a really miserable weekend in NJ weatherwise but just to be away from work will make it very enjoyable! DD#3 & I are meeting tomorrow at 10:00 AM for breakfast with some other friends (DD#1 unavailable) in Ocean City and then off to Cape May shopping & we want to have dinner outside on the deck at Lobster House. Back to Ocean City for the night & then up bright & early for the Craft Fair weekend.

Boy, I've got some catching up to do! I was at a Cub Scout Pack meeting last night, and drove a van load of kids to a field trip in the mountains today! (Toured a mine. Pretty cool.) Now I have a whole 40 mins. to myself!

Jaymee is feeling better but still gets tired....she called after her mom left and was lonesome so I took her to a movie....she is going to school tonight to watch a volley ball game. Staying with a friend tonight and will be with me after that...

Julie I hope Barb calls with the phone # and where we are staying for sure before I leave. If not we will try to get ahold of you at the Old Key West....I need to know your last name...

Dinner was great of course the cheap dates all had Iced Tea!! I told you!

Dudette # 3 cross stitched a BEATIFUL mickey with our name and Disney Dudette # 1 or #2 depending which you look at and framed it. I wanted to cry. I will hang it right above my computer! and wait until you see what we have for the wine! Let's just say we will have the best dressed wine bottles on board!

Greg-bedrest from now until the cruise so you'l lbe fit to go.

Julie: Did you get a gown yet??? That's my main concern for you. Glad to hear you don't need knee surgery. Now you and Garry can do PT together.
